We provide company registration services in 20+ countries
How to Choose the Right Jurisdiction for Your Business
We assess the factors that will shape how your company operates:
Business Activity
IT, SaaS, e-commerce, consulting, fintech, crypto and iGaming businesses face different regulatory, licensing and compliance requirements.
Target Markets
Your country of incorporation should suit the location of your clients, partners and investors and support your plans to enter new markets.
Tax and Economic Substance
We assess corporate income tax, local presence requirements, the place of effective management, VAT and cross-border tax obligations.
Banking and Payment Options
Before incorporation, we assess the availability of business accounts, merchant accounts and other payment solutions for your proposed structure and business activity.
Setup and Ongoing Costs
We consider both the initial company formation cost and ongoing expenses, including a registered office, company secretary, accounting, reporting, audit and local representation.
Reputation and Compliance
Your jurisdiction should meet the expectations of business partners, financial institutions and potential investors, particularly if your business is regulated or subject to enhanced compliance checks.
There is no single best country to register a company. The right choice depends on your business model, client locations, tax position, banking needs and long-term plans. We assess these factors together when comparing jurisdictions.
Choosing an unsuitable jurisdiction can make opening an account more difficult, increase annual costs or restrict access to your target markets. That is why the decision should reflect your entire business model, rather than a single benefit such as a low tax rate or fast incorporation.
The right jurisdiction should support your company from initial setup through account opening, investment and international expansion.
Still deciding where to register your company?
Registration costs and tax rates are only part of the decision. Before choosing a jurisdiction, consider local presence, reporting and licensing requirements, account opening options and plans for future growth.

For each project, we:
- Analyse the business model and target markets.
- Compare suitable jurisdictions.
- Design the corporate structure.
- Support incorporation and the launch of operations.
- Help with business account opening and payment solution matching, where required.
Case Study 1. Estonia Company Formation for a B2B SaaS Platform
The Client
An HR automation SaaS platform with two founders resident in different countries. More than 70% of its clients were based in the EU, with a monthly subscription model and turnover exceeding €40,000 per month.
The Challenge
Set up an EU operating company to sign B2B contracts, receive euro payments and support further growth. The founders were considering Estonia, Cyprus and Lithuania but needed clarity on the tax, VAT and banking implications.
What We Did
- Reviewed the business model, client locations and payment flows.
- Compared three jurisdictions based on tax, substance, reporting and banking requirements. Estonia was selected for its tax treatment of retained profits and digital administration options through e-Residency, alongside an assessment of VAT obligations.
- Designed the corporate structure and defined the founders’ roles.
- Prepared the KYC documentation and incorporated the company.
- Arranged VAT support and prepared the business account application.
The Outcome
The Estonian company was incorporated within one week of receiving the complete document package. The project also resulted in a business account supporting SEPA transfers and a structure suited to contracting with EU clients.
Incorporation Timeline: 1 week from receipt of the complete document package.
